The secrets of food of excellent birthday

When their birthday rolls around, one of the delights that you look forward to is the birthday food. What you want are your favorite foods. Birthday food must consist of all his favorites, perhaps a motley crew of dishes that nobody else would ever put together in a single menu. Nevertheless, this menu different dishes may be your idea of heaven.

Let's see what you can look your menu. Let's start with an appetizer of crab cakes. Yum. Now, let's move on to a Caesar salad, with the finest, freshly grated Parmesan and a healthy dose of garlic croutons. Now what? New England clam chowder sounds good. Ah, there must be a bucket of clams steamed with multiple slices French bread for dipping in the broth. We are still complete? Nope. This could take all day, though. Reasonable. For some dishes. The possibilities are many. A good wild salmon filet, drenched with Hollandaise. Shrimp Scampi? Southern fried chicken, or a New York steak? Where I have room to fit all of these indulgences?

Obviously, this list of favorite birthday food cannot be consumed in one sitting. You need to restrict menu, unless you want to make a one-week anniversary of birthday food menus. That's not a bad idea!

In our family had a tradition in food birthday each family member. The person celebrating his birthday could request their favorite foods and that is what was served, no matter how strange the combination can be this tradition made by some interesting menus, but the guest of honor was certainly satisfied!

When I grew up and had my own family, I continued this tradition, much to the delight of all. In fact, we finally decided to expand this tradition. Firstly, there was the actual birthday, with food birthday favorite. So, we established ' birthday week ', with a whole week dedicated to manageable amounts of favorite foods of birthday that could be consumed with pleasure, without trousers unbuttoning or changing to a large, loose robe! Our tradition eventually evolved into the birthday month! While we weren't filling fool us all day, every day we serve some special treatment, it may not be fancy, just a well-loved.

For example, my daughter is wild for all things hot and spicy. She consumes chili peppers, as there is no tomorrow. Stuffed peppers, green, and laced with Tabasco sauce, are one of your Favorites. Last year, I introduced the Kim Chee, a cabbage pickled hot enough to make your eyes water. A marinade based on Cayenne, paired with nuggets of catfishes, it makes your eyes roll with pleasure. Baked baking chocolate cupcakes are another winner. During the month of birthday, I make a large batch – a gallon – Louisiana gumbo, hot enough to make you sweat profusely. She eats it directly, while my husband and I should tone it down with traditional rice dish. This is Heaven to feed her birthday.

My husband likes nothing more than a plate of fried chicken. Blackened is another favorite. Au Gratin potatoes, a shrimp cocktail appetizer and a piece of German chocolate cake makes your day.

For me, I never met a fish that I didn't like! As for desserts, Lemon Meringue and fresh strawberry pie makes completing my birthday. I also am a chocoholic. Cashews and macadamia nuts never hurt.

In short, anniversary menus must consist of everything that you enable. Institutionalize its own family tradition birthday food. It is very fun!
