Teen Abstinence? Just saying ' no ' does not work. Education does!

There are some people certainly well meaning, who think teen abstinence is a concept that this group of hormone raging approve, only because it is what they are told to do. If they won't clean your room, what makes you think that they will accept the Directive teen abstinence? It is like asking a bird not to fly, a dog does not bark or wind to cease.
